TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECURESIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

These Terms are provided in English. If translated, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or discrepancy.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
